Gaps stay gaps. A line the publisher did not fill in is shown as not stated, and a tool without enough data declines to answer.

Can I check a game that is not out yet?
Yes, as soon as its publisher posts requirements, and many 2027 releases already have. Games still showing "TBA" say so plainly, and their page updates when the listing does.
Do I have to install a hardware scanner?
No. You pick your parts yourself instead of running a detection program, so the check works on any device, including the phone you are reading this on.
Why does a result say "not stated"?
Because the publisher left that line out. A missing requirement is never replaced with an estimate, so a blank on Steam stays a blank here.
